Field After Rain

The rain has passed, but its presence lingers — not in sound, but in shimmer.
“Field After Rain” captures a landscape caught between silence and renewal. Shallow waters reflect the muted sky, and the furrows of the earth — tenderly worked and time-worn — seem to breathe beneath the stillness.
This is not a dramatic scene, but a pause: the moment when nature exhales, when color returns to the world one hue at a time, when the soil drinks deeply and quietly prepares to give.
There are no figures here, yet the trace of human hands is everywhere — in the careful geometry of the paddies, in the rhythm etched by seasons, in the humility of a land cultivated more by patience than by force.
The ink flows with restraint, honoring not the grandeur of the view, but the dignity of what is often overlooked — the poetry of mud and mirror, of clouds scattered like memory across the surface of still water.
This work is an ode to the quiet resilience of place, and to the soft moments where life begins again.
